Daniel Amoako Antwi
Executive Director
Daniel Amoako Antwi is an experienced tri-sector (Public, Private & Non-Profit) leader in Education, Entrepreneurship, Economic Development, Youth & Women Development, SME Development, SME Financing and Policy across Africa. Daniel serves and has consulted for several pan-African multilateral and bilateral organizations including UNDP Africa, AUDA -NEPAD, ILO Africa, UN Women Africa, African Development Bank, ADEA, Mastercard Foundation, Smart Africa Secretariat, and Global Citizen Africa, among others, in various initiatives around program design, policy making, human capital, development financing, youth and women economic empowerment.
Elizabeth Sekyi
Administrator
Elizabeth Sekyi holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration and a MSc in Supply Chain and Procurement. As Administrator at ASH, she oversees Operations, Finance, and Human Resource Management. She brings strong skills in project management, communication, and presentation, with experience in procurement for development partners. She is also a trainer and motivational speaker with a friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic approach.
Ramatu Abubakar
Manager, Operations & Finance.
Ramatu Abubakar serves as Operations and Finance Manager at ASH Foundation, where she oversees financial reporting, budget management, procurement, and statutory compliance. With over six years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she has supported programmes in youth employment, women's empowerment, and skills development. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG).
Robert Kwame Owusu
Manager, Programmes
Robert K. Owusu is a development and entrepreneurship specialist with expertise in programme design, TVET systems, and youth employment. He has led multi-sector initiatives in agriculture, digital skills, and apprenticeship development, with a strong focus on women’s empowerment. Robert combines research, strategy, and implementation experience and has worked with NGOs, academia, and industry to drive inclusive economic growth.
Christian D.E Anawoe
Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
A development finance and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) professional with over 12 years of experience across financial services, education, and social impact sectors. He began his career in deposit mobilisation, contributed to research with IPA, served as a Learning Officer on the FTTT programme at Sabre Education, and currently leads MEL as Manager at Africa Skills Hub.

Snr. Programme Officer, Communications
Perfect Dadugblor is a development communications expert specializing in impact and inclusive communications, MEL-linked communications, and data-driven digital strategy. She has led campaigns for programmes funded by the Mastercard Foundation, GIZ, and Global Affairs Canada across agribusiness, TVET, the digital economy, and enterprise development, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, gender-responsive storytelling, and strategic communications planning.

Snr. Programme Officer, Research
I am a research and development professional with experience in public administration, local governance, academia, and evidence-based programming. As a Research Officer at Africa Skills Hub Foundation, I contribute to research, proposal development, and youth and women empowerment initiatives. I hold an MPhil in Sociology and have strong expertise in policy and project coordination.
